You can make about 3 16-ounce jars of sea moss gel from 1 ounce of dried sea moss after soaking.
Instructions:
*Cleaning:
Wash your Seamoss until all traces of sea debris is gone. Four times or even five may be needed.
* Soaking:
Soak the sea moss in **spring water for a few hours to soften and rehydrate it.
* Blending:
After soaking, rinse the sea moss thoroughly and blend it with the water until smooth.
If you desire a smoother texture, set in warm water for 15 mins before blending.
